Interested in learning how to fish? Fishing 101 is a hands-on class at the Ocean Isle Beach Pier taught by longtime local angler Lynwood Shoe. Designed for beginners, the class covers the basics of tackle, bait, rigs, and techniques used to catch fish right here on the North Carolina coast. Classes are limited to 10 students to keep the experience personal and interactive, with two sessions offered each week.
